Day 01 : Arrival Jayapura – by Flight to Wamena – Hiking to Southern Baliem Valley (L,D)
Arrival Jayapura, meet with me, and continue your flight depart to Wamena at 10:00 or 12:00. (baggage allowed for these flight is 10kg only per passenger, as you can leave your unnecessary baggage in Jayapura with us before leaving. (please note: the flights are delayed very often due bad weather, technical problem, operational of flight). Upon arrival at Wamena airport, we will drop you to local restaurant for having a lunch. Then from Local Restaurant directly drop us to Yetni river is direction to Southern Baliem Valley. From here where the trekking begins with all the porters and cook to reach Kilise in approx. 3 hours up and down the little hills. Late afternoon arrive at Kilise village, dinner will be provided by cook and overnight stay at Dani Typical Guest house. (Walk approx.3-4 hours) .
Day 02 : Back to Kurima – by Flight to Jayapura (B,L)
Early morning after breakfast at local guest house, from Kilise village in the southern of Baliem Valley gorge, we hike down in approx 2-3 hours to Kurima. The still traditional Dani village are very close and can be briefly explore during the hike to Kurima and the sophisticate agriculture system has been practiced along time ago. Arrive in Kurima and proceed walking to Yetni river, it is a small terminal. lunch in box is provided en route. From Yetni river by car drive 50 minutes to Wamena and directly terminate to the Airport for catch the flight return to Jayapura at by regula flight at 12:00 am. Arrive at sentani Airport of Jayapura, pick you up and drop you to your the hotel you have booked or make direct connect flight to Jakarta or Denpasar.
